Welcome to the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Taiwan Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Society (TOPBS). This gathering brings together distinguished colleagues from around the world, including 10 esteemed international guests, fostering a global dialogue in breast surgery.

Each year presents an opportunity to deepen expertise across a range of topics. In 2022, the focus was on the challenges of breast cancer treatment, emphasizing oncoplastic techniques and reconstruction. Discussions in 2023 expanded to include locoregional management, minimally invasive procedures, and aesthetics in reconstruction. This year, the attention turns to advancements in oncoplastic and minimally invasive techniques, demonstrating a commitment to leading innovations that elevate patient care.

TOPBS remains dedicated to advancing breast reconstruction tailored to the unique needs of Asian women, embodying a commitment to both regional and global impact. Looking ahead, preparations are underway for hosting the International Organization for Oncoplastic Breast Surgery (IOPBS) meeting in 2025, an event that promises to unite an even broader community of experts and leaders.
